Town Hall Tower

Standing tall over Znojmo’s old town, the Town Hall Tower is a slender Gothic masterpiece built in the 1440s. Its elegant spire and sharp silhouette are visible from almost anywhere in the city.

Climb the 159 steps to the top and you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views over the tiled rooftops of Znojmo, the Dyje River valley, the national park, and even towards Austria on clear days. Inside, you can also learn about the tower’s history and the town’s medieval development.
