Underground
The Znojmo Underground is one of the largest labyrinth systems in Central Europe. Stretching over 27 kilometers under the old town, the tunnels were originally built in the Middle Ages for food storage, later expanded for defensive purposes.
Today, guided tours take visitors through the winding corridors, some stretching several levels deep. The tour includes spooky lighting, reconstructed historical scenes, and interesting stories about sieges, fires, and floods that affected the town.

For the adventurous, there are even special "adrenaline tours" that take you into less accessible parts of the system (helmet and flashlight provided).
